When you are hungry, want to eat but got bored with Omelette or Maggie. Here is my new experiment with both of the items and the result is really delicious. You can try it once. It could be a very tempting item for your breakfast as well.

Ingredients –

  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Tomato
  • Peppers
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • Schezwan Sauce
  • Curry/ Paav Bhaaji or any similar masala (Indian curry spices)
  • Maggie
  • Eggs
  • Add ons/ Good to have (Peanuts, Cashew, Almond)

Preparation –

Take onion, Garlic and peppers and chop them as small as you can. like this –

Add some oil/ butter or ghee in the pan and fry this mixture till it become translucent. Add salt as per your taste –

Now add some spices, Schezwan sauce, Chilly powder, Ginger garlic paste and in the end add tomato and saute it till it becomes like this. After this, you can add eggs also into it.

Now you can add available dry fruits, peanuts etc if you don’t have, no issues. Let it look like this

Cook Maggie only with its taste maker. Break the noodles in small don’t crush it. Keep it dry as much as you can.

Now mix everything together.

Now, break two eggs and stir it as much as you can. More stirred will result in softer and more fluffy base.

Pour this in the pan and turn it and sprinkle some black pepper. No salt here as we had already added in mixture.

Now, put the mixture on this base and distribute evenly and fold that from half

Serve it. You can also have it you tomato ketch up or anything of your choice

You can also use this mixture with Dosa. That will taste awesome as well.
